00:00:00.059 --> 00:00:11.228
Interestingly enough, we just recently in the last two and a half years started recruiting our golf professional staff, primarily from the UK, and that has been hugely successful.
00:00:11.228 --> 00:00:30.190
Primarily before that it was mostly American kids that were coming down and although that represents most of the tourist traffic, our membership is very diverse from around the world and actually very few Americans, and so we wanted the professional staff that was more representative of our membership base.
00:00:30.190 --> 00:00:33.573
We have a lot from the UK and so we brought a couple over from England.
00:00:33.573 --> 00:00:36.716
We've got two kids that have recently come over from Scotland.
00:00:36.716 --> 00:00:46.279
They've all been hugely successful and it just made us more diverse and I think the membership base and the golfers are appreciate that.
00:00:46.399 --> 00:00:53.790
Hey everyone, welcome back to Private Club Radio, your source for news, trends, updates and conversations all in the world of private golf and country clubs.
00:00:53.790 --> 00:00:55.859
Whether you're new to the industry, welcome.
00:00:55.859 --> 00:00:57.905
Or a seasoned professional, welcome back.
00:00:57.905 --> 00:00:59.749
I'm your host, denny Corby.
00:00:59.749 --> 00:01:02.741
Thank you all for being here joining us listening.
00:01:02.862 --> 00:01:17.734
In this episode I get to chat with general manager of North Sound Golf and Country Club and I chatted with Jeffrey Savage, the general manager of North Sound Golf Club in Grand Cayman.
00:01:17.734 --> 00:01:25.519
I was going down there for a little R&R, for a little scuba trip, and I reached out and he welcomed me and said come on in.
00:01:25.519 --> 00:01:29.728
So I got to do a fun interview with him as we drove around the course.
00:01:29.728 --> 00:01:37.911
So I miked us up, took out the camera, so if you're listening you can go online and watching.
00:01:37.911 --> 00:01:50.995
If you're watching, obviously you're watching, but we drove around the course and just chit-chatted about life management and what it's like being one of two golf courses on Grand Cayman.
00:01:50.995 --> 00:01:52.646
It's the only public one.
00:01:52.646 --> 00:01:56.391
The other one is private and it's a part of the Ritz.
00:01:56.391 --> 00:01:59.569
So this is Cayman's premier 18-hole golf course.
00:01:59.569 --> 00:02:03.370
So come right along with me and Jeff Savage.
00:02:03.370 --> 00:02:06.548
So you're not from Jersey, but you were out there.
00:02:06.939 --> 00:02:11.171
Yeah, I spent five years in Jersey, originally from the Pacific Northwest, just outside of Seattle.
00:02:11.171 --> 00:02:13.867
Okay, so much better weather here.
00:02:13.867 --> 00:02:21.842
Much better weather, yes, very fortunate to be down here versus the Northwest, but it has been.
00:02:21.842 --> 00:02:28.574
I moved out of the Northwest kind of in the late 90s, so it's been 25 years since I lived up there.
00:02:28.599 --> 00:02:33.246
I still have a bunch of family up there so we go back every year, and you've been here for how long?
00:02:33.781 --> 00:02:35.908
First, came in 2013.
00:02:35.908 --> 00:02:37.907
We were here for about five years.
00:02:37.907 --> 00:02:43.348
We left for a couple years and realized how good we had it down here and have since returned.
00:02:44.341 --> 00:02:45.545
Why did you leave in the first place?
00:02:45.545 --> 00:02:47.862
I mean, did you get a little jaded, Like was it?
00:02:47.862 --> 00:02:49.337
You're kind of like, all right, this is.
00:02:49.781 --> 00:02:50.625
A couple of reasons.
00:02:50.625 --> 00:02:58.467
One we've been here for five years and in my career I've never worked more than one place for five years, so I was just ready for kind of a new challenge.
00:02:58.467 --> 00:03:11.372
And at the time my girlfriend who is now my wife she didn't have rights to live and work on the island so she would have to come and go on a regular basis, and she's from the Northwest as well.
00:03:11.372 --> 00:03:13.915
So we just decided to go try something different.
00:03:13.915 --> 00:03:18.723
And she's a big diver, so she loves this place.
00:03:18.723 --> 00:03:22.992
And then we realized how fortunate we were to be here and we decided to come back.
00:03:22.992 --> 00:03:24.945
And now does she have to go back and forth?
00:03:24.945 --> 00:03:36.685
No, now that we're married, she has rights to live and work on island and she's a very successful project manager for a corporate services company on island, so she's doing remarkably well.
00:03:37.159 --> 00:03:41.234
And what did you have to do to get like officiated, to be on here?
00:03:41.495 --> 00:03:45.830
Yeah, sure, everybody, all the expats that live on the island.
00:03:45.830 --> 00:03:47.325
They have to get rights to work.
00:03:47.325 --> 00:03:49.367
Basically it's a permit to work.
00:03:49.367 --> 00:03:54.592
So I have a grant permit that allows me to live and work on the island.
00:03:55.199 --> 00:03:56.887
And how long does that last?
00:03:58.381 --> 00:04:06.204
They're two-year permits and then you reapply for a permit every two years and we have the ability to stay on island up to seven years with a two-year extension.
00:04:06.204 --> 00:04:24.345
So we could stay here up to nine years without trying to get a permanent residency and then at the end of that nine years, if you don't try to go for permanent residency, you have to leave island for at least a year and then you can come back and that time picker starts all over Is that the states, or is that the island?
00:04:24.545 --> 00:04:25.906
That's the island.
00:04:26.026 --> 00:04:29.392
Okay, yep States doesn't care.
00:04:29.432 --> 00:04:34.029
No, they don't Just get out, keep paying your taxes, exactly, exactly.
00:04:34.029 --> 00:04:39.512
It's 2024 and it's time to change the way you vet your new members.
00:04:39.512 --> 00:04:42.267
Some traditions are worth modifying.
00:04:42.267 --> 00:04:52.875
The new member process hasn't changed really in the past 150 years, relying almost solely on social relationships and casual interactions, but lacking in factual data.
00:04:52.875 --> 00:05:00.572
And this is where Kennis comes in, because the traditional application process tells you very little about someone's behaviors and character.
00:05:00.572 --> 00:05:02.716
Until now, character until now.
00:05:07.620 --> 00:05:10.939
Kennis has created an innovative and confidential comprehensive applicant information gathering process that provides an unraveled depth of information.
00:05:10.939 --> 00:05:18.850
The world of member vetting has evolved to a new standard and Kennis is your turnkey solution to meet this new industry best practice.
00:05:18.850 --> 00:05:27.966
You can rely on Kennis to provide the facts that you need to make fully educated member decisions, because what you don't know can hurt your club and your members.
00:05:27.966 --> 00:05:34.627
To learn a little bit more or to set up a call, head on over to membervettingcom, fill out the form.
00:05:34.627 --> 00:05:36.432
You're going to have a chat with Paul Dank.
00:05:36.432 --> 00:05:38.704
It's going to be good, he's a great guy.
00:05:38.704 --> 00:05:43.370
Also, be sure to check out our episodes of member vetting here on Private Club Radio radio.
00:05:43.370 --> 00:05:46.963
And now is this uh, is it always fairly consistently busy here?
00:05:47.925 --> 00:05:54.403
yeah, it is um, we'll do about 40 000 rounds, uh, throughout the year, so they keep us pretty busy.
00:05:54.403 --> 00:06:04.245
It's a little bit busier in the season, which is really kind of november to kind of may-ish, so we're at the tail end of the busier season.
00:06:04.245 --> 00:06:07.107
But primarily we're a members club.
00:06:07.107 --> 00:06:11.470
We have 500-plus members and they support the club year-round.
00:06:11.470 --> 00:06:15.473
They're the ones who most live and work on the island.
00:06:15.473 --> 00:06:18.776
Some are retired, so they keep us pretty busy throughout the year.
00:06:18.776 --> 00:06:24.300
Member-owned, private-owned, privately-owned yeah, which is great.
00:06:24.300 --> 00:06:29.848
I've worked at a couple of several member equity clubs and this structure here is it is preferable.
00:06:29.848 --> 00:06:35.011
So we're driving around the front nine now.
00:06:35.011 --> 00:06:38.322
It will kind of end over on the back nine, which is on the north sound.
00:06:38.322 --> 00:06:42.668
I'm sure you'll make it out to stingray city uh, we did not.
00:06:42.807 --> 00:06:44.110
No, we did not.
00:06:44.110 --> 00:06:48.115
Oh, geez, um, we did three dives.
00:06:48.115 --> 00:06:58.346
We were here, uh, we did, uh, what was it the something?
00:06:58.346 --> 00:07:01.911
The the not wreck wreck kitty wake?
00:07:01.911 --> 00:07:03.653
Yeah, yeah, we did that.
00:07:03.653 --> 00:07:05.855
Uh, another one over there.
00:07:05.855 --> 00:07:16.442
Then we did the actual wreck um the one boat that they dropped a couple years ago, yeah, um, and then we did a night dive, oh wow, on saturday.
00:07:16.442 --> 00:07:21.488
Um, yeah, so, nothing crazy.
00:07:21.488 --> 00:07:24.934
What's, uh, what's some of the challenges?
00:07:27.562 --> 00:07:28.384
Steve, how are you?
00:07:28.384 --> 00:07:31.151
Yeah, absolutely Just checking up on the golfers out here.
00:07:35.088 --> 00:07:35.610
Devin, how are you?
00:07:35.610 --> 00:07:44.238
What are some of the challenges of being the only game in town?
00:07:44.238 --> 00:07:49.987
Yeah, which congrats on having so many reviews, and so many good reviews, sure meaning for being the one of the only games in town.
00:07:49.987 --> 00:07:57.321
It's very easy to slip, or I shouldn't say slip, but it's very easy just to go, ah, whatever sure so to have so many reviews and so many good reviews.
00:07:57.341 --> 00:08:00.872
Yeah, well done, yeah uh well, thank you for that.
00:08:00.872 --> 00:08:01.754
We're very fortunate.
00:08:01.754 --> 00:08:07.225
Uh, being the only 18 hole course on the end is certainly, I tell people it's a blessing and a curse.
00:08:07.225 --> 00:08:28.307
It's nice to be the only game in town, but also people hold you to a different standard being the only game in town and I always felt that some type of competition, another option for golfers would be great, because then I think people would, they would have a different reference point when they kind of compared us to maybe some other courses.
00:08:28.367 --> 00:08:37.326
Yeah, and then also, if we ever want to market this place as a golf destination, we need some more golf product on the island so that nobody comes here for golf.
00:08:37.326 --> 00:08:46.961
It's a diving, you know, like you came here for diving, nobody comes here to play golf and it's really kind of an afterthought once people get here oh there's a golf course, oh, we'll go play when.
00:08:46.961 --> 00:08:53.230
If we were a golf destination and had multiple products, then we could market to some of that golf destination travel.
00:08:53.230 --> 00:09:20.418
Ten years ago when I first got here, I thought, okay, we're going to focus nothing but the cruise ships and then after about six months of banging my head against that door that there was literally no business driven from the cruise shippers, we realized that probably the best thing to do is focus on the locals and the membership base, and so we've doubled the size of the membership in the last 10 years, really, yeah, damn that's awesome.
00:09:21.121 --> 00:09:33.631
Yep very proud of that fact that we've been able to grow that piece of the business and really that is the main source of our play is the membership, and the membership rounds are augmented with the visitors stay over visitors throughout the year.
00:09:33.631 --> 00:09:35.827
But primarily we're a members club.
00:09:35.827 --> 00:09:37.868
500 members will do 40,000 rounds.
00:09:37.868 --> 00:09:50.662
Probably 80% of those rounds will be from the members and the tourists are primarily here in the off season, although we get a few tourists from the texas market in the in the summertime when they're trying to beat the heat.
00:09:50.662 --> 00:10:08.033
But so our membership keeps us busy throughout the whole year so we don't quite experience that seasonality that you might maybe up north, where a lot of the clubs have to shut down in the wintertime concert golf Partners is changing the game, one club at a time.
00:10:08.961 --> 00:10:16.788
Since their inception in 2001, they've been on a mission to preserve and elevate private clubs, pouring capital into enhancements that matter.
00:10:16.788 --> 00:10:18.264
But what sets them apart?
00:10:18.264 --> 00:10:20.508
These aren't your run-of-the-mill operators.
00:10:20.508 --> 00:10:26.272
They are a dedicated team with a passion for enhancing the private club experience, both on and off the green.

00:11:02.345 --> 00:11:06.364
Set up a confidential call with Peter Danula and that's it.
00:11:06.364 --> 00:11:07.828
Simple as that.
00:11:07.828 --> 00:11:14.164
Also, be sure to check out our episodes of Board Chats here on Private Club Radio, brought to you by our friends.
00:11:14.164 --> 00:11:16.275
You guessed it Concert Golf Partners.
00:11:16.275 --> 00:11:19.499
Why do you think the cruise ship stuff failed?
00:11:19.499 --> 00:11:26.003
Because that sounds like it would be, like all these people, these older people on the cruise ship.
00:11:26.003 --> 00:11:32.643
Oh, of course they would like to come and do a couple of holes nine holes while the wives go do whatever Interesting.
00:11:32.942 --> 00:11:36.279
It is, and it's been a huge learning experience for me.
00:11:36.279 --> 00:11:38.958
I think a couple of challenges.
00:11:38.958 --> 00:11:47.033
One is they're usually only here for six to say nine hours, so that you know by the time you get off the boat and there's not a dock so they have to take tenders in.
00:11:47.033 --> 00:11:52.172
By the time you get off the boat, get here, it's a it can be a full day event.
00:11:52.172 --> 00:12:06.280
And then also a lot of those cruises are, I don't know, seven to 700 to a thousand dollars for a-night cruise, and if we're going to charge an appropriate fee with rental clubs, you could pay upwards of half the value of the total cruise.
00:12:06.280 --> 00:12:09.409
And so my sense is the cruise industry has changed.
00:12:09.409 --> 00:12:14.442
It's a little bit more of a kind of a value excursion now than it used to be.
00:12:14.730 --> 00:12:20.115
You know, I would say 25 years ago it was a luxury experience where now it's a little bit different.
00:12:20.115 --> 00:12:34.086
And so I just think the market, the travelers on those big ships are not really looking for that kind of that high-end, expensive excursion that they may have, say, 25, 30 years ago.
00:12:34.086 --> 00:12:39.554
Yeah, so I think those two things is really we'll see a couple, you know, we might get throughout the year.
00:12:39.554 --> 00:12:45.100
We might get 150 rounds from the cruise ships, but that's a nominal figure when you're doing 40,000 rounds.
00:12:45.830 --> 00:12:49.619
Well, and they're probably making more money off selling other stuff Yep.
00:12:49.619 --> 00:12:51.503
Getting higher commissions Yep.
00:12:52.951 --> 00:13:03.961
And we talked to several cruise lines and tried to work something out, but by the time they wanted to add in their excursion fees and you know, oh yeah, the prices were exorbitant.
00:13:03.961 --> 00:13:08.774
So just, it was never really a starter for us from the get-go.
00:13:08.774 --> 00:13:09.716
At least you tried.
00:13:09.895 --> 00:13:13.964
Yeah, absolutely, absolutely that's the one thing.
00:13:13.964 --> 00:13:19.980
Uh, it's been a common theme, a common uh topic on, on and with.
00:13:19.980 --> 00:13:22.365
You know, clubs and people and managers.
00:13:22.365 --> 00:13:29.075
Management is you have some that are always about change and others that, heaven forbid, they try something new and it doesn't work.
00:13:29.195 --> 00:13:33.931
Oh my goodness, yeah, exactly so now we crossed over, we're on the back nine.
00:13:33.931 --> 00:13:35.592
These are holes 15 and 16 here.
00:13:35.592 --> 00:13:37.696
So now we crossed over, we're on the back nine.
00:13:37.696 --> 00:13:40.940
These are holes 15 and 16 here, do you?
00:13:40.980 --> 00:13:45.306
have to be a member to own it, or do you have to be a member to own a house?
00:13:51.169 --> 00:13:51.909
Nope, they're completely separate.
00:13:51.909 --> 00:13:53.230
This is a completely separate development.
00:13:53.331 --> 00:13:55.113
What's membership cost here?
00:13:56.092 --> 00:13:57.774
There's a few different levels of membership.
00:13:57.774 --> 00:14:02.738
There's the all-in, where you don't pay any additional fees, and that's about $8,000 per year.
00:14:02.738 --> 00:14:04.479
That's in the US figure.
00:14:04.479 --> 00:14:09.121
And then there's a membership where you pay a cart fee each time you play.
00:14:09.121 --> 00:14:11.003
That's about $3,500.
00:14:11.003 --> 00:14:13.304
It's about $4,000 plus the cart fees.
00:14:13.304 --> 00:14:17.947
And then we sell seasonal membership, six-month consecutive, which is about $2,200.
00:14:17.947 --> 00:14:19.594
Oh, that's not bad, plus card fees.
00:14:19.594 --> 00:14:21.600
So yeah, it's fairly reasonable.
00:14:21.600 --> 00:14:23.192
You know it's not.
00:14:23.192 --> 00:14:26.902
I wouldn't say it's comparable with the other prices on this island.
00:14:26.902 --> 00:14:29.649
It can be quite high, as we discussed a little bit.
00:14:29.649 --> 00:14:33.669
Yes, I think there's pretty good value, particularly for that all-in membership.
00:14:33.669 --> 00:14:47.859
If you're playing a couple times a week, you know that per round cost is quite low and I would say reasonable to other markets that I've worked in yeah, and now is the Ritz open to the public.
00:14:48.971 --> 00:14:51.710
They're primarily a members club and open to the resort.
00:14:51.710 --> 00:14:54.316
I do believe within 24 hours.
00:14:54.316 --> 00:14:58.736
If you make a phone call over there and they have open inventory they would book you a tea time.
00:14:58.736 --> 00:15:03.558
But primarily it's a private club over there, with resort guests and members only Gotcha.
00:15:05.291 --> 00:15:07.772
Has a whole island been this expensive?
00:15:07.772 --> 00:15:09.879
Has it always been super expensive?
00:15:09.879 --> 00:15:14.355
We've been to so many, for whatever reason.
00:15:14.355 --> 00:15:18.636
If you say something whatever, I can just cut it out, but I don't think we're going to get any crazy discussions.
00:15:18.636 --> 00:15:29.096
We've done all the the islands except for this one and we're like holy fuck, like it's really expensive.
00:15:29.096 --> 00:15:29.738
Um, it's always been.
00:15:29.798 --> 00:15:41.510
As far as I know now, my, my reference point only goes back to 2013, when I first arrived on island and I did some research and and it was, you know, one of the most expensive places, uh, in the world to live at that time.
00:15:41.672 --> 00:15:46.511
Yeah, you know, comparable to new york and tokyo and san francisco and switzerland and other places like that.
00:15:46.511 --> 00:15:51.405
Um, now me, as an american, we're, we don't pay taxes.
00:15:51.405 --> 00:15:52.669
We still have to file taxes.
00:15:52.669 --> 00:15:57.741
There's a, there's a foreign in earned income credit that, uh, that we can utilize.
00:15:57.741 --> 00:16:06.399
That we don't pay taxes on the first, whatever amount that is, and in the golf industry, obviously, we don't come close to that threshold.
00:16:06.399 --> 00:16:10.015
So we're very fortunate that we're able to save a few dollars.
00:16:10.015 --> 00:16:13.243
Even though it is an expensive place to live.
00:16:13.243 --> 00:16:26.865
The fact of not having to pay any income tax is certainly a benefit for us, yeah, and it helps to have both of us working to defray some of the costs as well.
00:16:27.190 --> 00:16:31.696
Yeah, so what's the golf association that you guys have on the island?
00:16:31.836 --> 00:16:33.798
So it's the Cayman Islands Golf Association.
00:16:33.798 --> 00:16:37.605
Their job is basically to promote golf on the island.
00:16:40.195 --> 00:16:44.538
They do a lot of the Just promote, you Just promote me guys.
00:16:46.614 --> 00:16:54.883
They run some events throughout the year and they support the national teams that go play in the regional events.
00:16:54.883 --> 00:16:59.509
Every year there's the Caribbean Amateur and Caribbean Amateur Junior Championship.
00:16:59.509 --> 00:17:03.181
They're involved in that, supporting the national teams.
00:17:03.181 --> 00:17:16.222
They put together some competitions where some of the locals will qualify and go play in the Caribbean Championships, and then again, promoting the game on the island is a big piece of what they do.
00:17:19.394 --> 00:17:23.821
Well, and you guys had a junior win something right a few years ago.
00:17:23.821 --> 00:17:24.563
2022?
00:17:24.563 --> 00:17:27.976
Yeah, Something, yeah, Some major award.
00:17:28.076 --> 00:17:29.099
Yeah, sure, a big award.
00:17:29.099 --> 00:17:36.240
Aaron Jarvis won the Latin America Championship a few years ago and that qualified him to get to play in the Masters the Open Championship.
00:17:36.240 --> 00:17:37.836
So that was wonderful to see.
00:17:37.836 --> 00:17:42.422
Just recently we had another kid that kind of came up through the ranks.
00:17:42.422 --> 00:17:43.776
His name is Justin Hastings.
00:17:43.776 --> 00:17:45.376
He's playing for San Diego State right now.
00:17:45.376 --> 00:17:51.202
He played in the Puerto Rico Open a few weeks back, sponsored by Grant Thornton.
00:17:51.202 --> 00:17:56.122
And then we have another gal that's currently playing at the University of Oklahoma, holly McLean.
00:17:56.122 --> 00:18:00.521
So for such a small island, there's some very accomplished kids.
00:18:00.521 --> 00:18:02.153
Yeah, I call them kids.
00:18:02.153 --> 00:18:10.641
They're young adults now that have really, you know, we've known them since they were 10 years old and now they're traveling the world playing these golf courses.
00:18:10.641 --> 00:18:13.378
It's, it's, it's pretty, pretty amazing to see.
00:18:13.378 --> 00:18:17.580
It really is, and and they're wonderful golfers, but they're better people.
00:18:17.580 --> 00:18:18.932
All, all of those kids.
00:18:18.932 --> 00:18:22.001
They're such good kids, good people.
00:18:22.001 --> 00:18:23.214
They come from good families.
00:18:23.214 --> 00:18:26.758
It's neat to see that.
00:18:29.070 --> 00:18:32.701
It's impressive for such a small place it is Producing so much talent.
00:18:32.701 --> 00:18:32.861
Yep.
00:18:35.549 --> 00:18:41.242
Then we have a fair few of the local golfers that haven't done the college thing that play here.
00:18:41.242 --> 00:18:42.836
Aaron's brother is another one.
00:18:42.836 --> 00:18:44.718
He's a very accomplished golfer.
00:18:44.718 --> 00:18:53.660
He's won the Island Championship several times, has also played in the Latin America Championship, so there's quite a few good golfers on this island.
00:18:53.660 --> 00:18:57.094
So this is the.
00:18:57.094 --> 00:18:58.699
We're driving up on the 11th green.
00:18:58.699 --> 00:19:01.297
Coming back this way is number 12.
00:19:01.297 --> 00:19:02.635
This is our signature hole.
00:19:02.635 --> 00:19:08.182
It looks out to the north sound, Stingray City, Rum Point, East End.
00:19:08.182 --> 00:19:13.519
This is kind of the money shot on the golf course.
00:19:14.060 --> 00:19:14.883
And it's a challenge.
00:19:14.883 --> 00:19:20.403
It's usually right into the wind and it can stretch out to about 230 yards from the back tees, par 3.
00:19:20.403 --> 00:19:24.601
So it's a beautiful hole, but certainly one of the tougher holes on the golf course.
00:19:27.010 --> 00:19:31.001
We were at dinner Sunday night at Blue Cilantro.
00:19:31.001 --> 00:19:41.479
There was a guy I don't know if he was here with maybe one of his work people with that conference or something, but this dude would not stop talking and he was talking about the winds here on this hole.
00:19:41.499 --> 00:19:41.558
Wow.
00:19:46.431 --> 00:19:47.335
Yeah, this is a shot.
00:19:50.090 --> 00:19:55.939
So I don't know if you can see, but kind of off to the left just a little bit, you can see two or three boats kind of together.
00:19:55.939 --> 00:20:00.798
That's Stingray City, Okay, that's where folks go out, and there's a sandbar.
00:20:00.798 --> 00:20:03.317
It's, you know, three, four feet deep.
00:20:03.317 --> 00:20:05.916
You can stand there and stingrays are swimming all around.
00:20:05.916 --> 00:20:07.260
That's cool.
00:20:07.260 --> 00:20:12.470
So yeah, if I'm ever having a tough day, I'll drive out here.
00:20:12.651 --> 00:20:13.695
There's not a lot of tough days.
00:20:14.431 --> 00:20:16.157
Living and working in Cayman, trust me.
00:20:16.157 --> 00:20:22.196
But this is really a tranquil, peaceful Kind of puts things into perspective.
00:20:23.790 --> 00:20:26.175
You work at an adult playground.
00:20:26.175 --> 00:20:29.723
Exactly, you're exactly right, very fortunate.
00:20:29.723 --> 00:20:32.338
I forget who said that once to me on a show.
00:20:32.338 --> 00:20:35.137
We work for an adult playground.
00:20:35.137 --> 00:20:36.020
Like it's hard.
